What's the date on the video you are trying to watch?
If the date is
October 2007 to Present...
All video uses Flash player to play. Any computer, Mac or PC, should be able to play this without issue. If you haven't watched any other video on your computer, you may be asked to OK an "Adobe Flash Player" installer. This is normal, and is a function of Windows or OSX. This may take a moment to download, and once that is complete, the video should start right away.
If the video does not start, it's possible the Flash player did not install correctly. You can manually download it here:
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/?ogn=EN_US-gntray_dl_downloads
And click on Get Flash Player on the right side. Download and be sure to install this, restart your computer, and come back to our website, and you should see the video without issue.

Once you've downloaded the software, be sure to install it. We have had reports that our site does not work on the Mac, but it turns out that those people haven't actually installed the player. Our video WILL WORK once you have installed the player! (Once it's downloaded, check your desktop, or download folder. There's probably a new icon there that you will double click, and it should install) If you need further help installing software, consult a Mac professional.
